Sales & Purchase
Create professional sales invoices and purchase bills with parties, items, quantities, rates, discounts and automatic accounting entries.
Learn how ArcBooks brings transactions, inventory, parties, documents, reporting and paid-plan controls into one focused workspace.
Enter transactions quickly, keep records organised and find the information you need without jumping between disconnected tools.
Every plan has published capacity and feature limits. Your current entitlements are applied automatically, and the primary ArcBooks administrator can adjust individual access where appropriate.
Create professional sales invoices and purchase bills with parties, items, quantities, rates, discounts and automatic accounting entries.
Prepare estimates, review them with customers and convert an accepted estimate into a sales invoice when you are ready.
Maintain products with category, brand, fabric, colour, size, SKU, barcode, units, purchase rate, sale rate and stock quantities.
Mark daily attendance (in, lunch out, lunch in, out) for each staff member, set shift timings, and let staff punch themselves from a PIN-protected link. Record advances, bonuses and deductions, and see the salary balance as on any date. Attendance reports and salary slips can be previewed, printed, saved as PDF and shared on WhatsApp or email. Keep a profile for each staff member with contact, address, Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, emergency contact, photo and scanned documents, and print it as a profile sheet. Visible only to Owner, Admin and Accountant roles. Add festival holidays, give free off days per month, print or share salary slips as PDF, and let staff see their own paid salary on their link. An optional Attendance desk link with a PIN lets a supervisor mark attendance with automatic server time and nothing else.
Keep customer and supplier records together with ledgers, running balances, transaction history and printable statements.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, contra entries, journals, debit notes and credit notes through consistent voucher workflows.
Use delivery challans, estimates and other document workflows to keep day-to-day business records organised.
Create more than one organisation under one login, link existing ones and switch between them from the organisation menu at the top. Each organisation keeps its own books.
Choose paper size, columns, summary rows, bank details and UPI QR per document type. PDF, preview and print use the same template.
Overdue invoices can be reminded by email or WhatsApp. Cancelled documents stay in the Recycle Bin and can be restored until they are removed automatically (30 days by default).
Create API keys for read-only access to invoices, parties and items, and add webhooks that notify your own systems when documents change.
Paid plans have hard usage limits shown on the Plans & Billing page. Daily document limits reset at midnight IST; master-record limits are checked before creation. A limit blocks only the new action—existing records remain available.
ArcBooks offers a 7-day free trial to eligible new accounts and paid plans with clearly defined limits. Request a subscription through Contact Sales; the team shares a payment link separately, and an administrator activates the plan after verifying payment.
ArcBooks administrators can manage global plan pricing and limits. The primary owner can also assign an individual plan or a personal limit override to a specific workspace.
Saved vouchers and statements have print-ready views. Create backups of important business records and keep downloaded backup files secure.
ArcBooks is built for non-GST billing and bookkeeping. Statutory filings stay with you and your accountant.
Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, sign-in is rate-limited and connections use HTTPS. See the Security page for the full list, and use Backup to keep your own copy of important records.
